   or gag orders have been served on this site, its server infrastructure, or its
   underlying compute nodes.
2. No government or intelligence agency has requested, compelled, or obtained
   backdoors, encryption keys, or private user telemetry from this infrastructure.
3. No secret interception devices, packet sniffers, or tap taps have been installed
   on the physical or virtual networking interfaces (100GbE / RoCE v2 / Edge).
4. All system commits and source archives are cryptographically signed.

Should this canary not be updated within 90 days, or if this declaration is removed,
users and operators must assume that the integrity of this infrastructure has been
legally or physically compromised.
