• To date, no search warrants, National Security Letters (NSLs), FISA court surveillance orders, or gag orders have been served against this infrastructure, its compute cluster, or storage pools.
• No backdoors, private encryption keys, SSL/TLS private keys, or user telemetry have been handed over to any government or intelligence entity.
• No secret hardware taps, packet sniffers, or interception equipment have been connected to our physical or virtual network fabrics (100GbE / RoCE v2 / Edge).

CRITICAL PRINCIPLE: This declaration is periodically refreshed every 90 days. Should this statement fail to update within 90 days or be silently removed, users should assume this infrastructure has been legally or physically compromised.
